ROCG Elev8 Consulting has evolved as Noel’s life's work. Initially qualified as an accountant, he taught accounting and economics at tertiary level for over 10 years specialising in business management before going off to St Kilda Road for a spell creating and implementing financial/marketing strategies for the big end of town.

Now Noel’s passion is working with our small businesses (SME’s) who are tomorrow’s “blue chips”! Over the years he has helped literally hundreds of business owners and managers with the fundamental disciplines of accounting and finance and conducted seminars for thousands of others.

Noel meets with every one of our clients personally to introduce our services, and be sure he shall also be the one to follow up to ensure you are completely satisfied throughout the period of our association.
