Joe is a Senior Consultant with ROCG which is an international professional service and consulting firm with offices throughout North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. ROCG is the only international firm specializing in the areas of business transition strategy, finance and operations for privately owned and emerging growth enterprises.
Joe Vajda utilizes his advanced analytical skills to help focus the business variables which in turn drive deployment strategies and solutions.
A great breadth and depth in an assortment of business areas enables Joe to customize solutions from numerous experiences and resources. He is responsible for valuing businesses and facilitating acquisitions for clients. Additionally he assisted in the reengineering of systems and processes and assisting in practice development and operational efficiency.
In his consultation work, he has assisted clients in identifying and measuring critical success factors, facilitating management performance meetings, and developing financial operating plans and budgets. Joe brings with him over twelve years of experience in business development, formerly a Vice President and Treasurer of a group of start-up companies based in Binghamton, NY.
He is also a Senior Manager of Shepherd & Goldstein LLP, which is a regional full service certified public accounting firm. Founded to do more than provide clients with compliance-oriented services, Shepherd & Goldstein’s principal goal is to make a positive difference in their client’s lives.
After working all day with numbers and mental challenges, Joe enjoys resting his mind by woodworking, utilizing his hands to build an object that may last for generations. In addition to woodworking projects, Joe’s volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and with local sports organizations. These volunteer opportunities have enabled him to have a positive influence on our community and on adolescents searching for positive role models.
