David has spent the last 15 years involved in business ranging from start up organisations through to established businesses with revenue of $40 million.

In these businesses he has been involved in most operational and strategic areas including:

• Business and strategic planning including monitoring, implementation and succession
• Cash flow / budgeting including planning for cash flow positive growth
• Financing
• Systems and procedures / quality assurance
• IT implementation, advising and usage
• Setting and monitoring of KPI’s
• Mentoring or coaching
• Human capital / resources and structural issues
• Effective marketing and use of existing resources
• Training
• Workshop delivery / presentations

David has a strong tax and accounting background, coupled with strong commercial acumen blending practicality, listening and the ability to think laterally to deliver solutions.
