Consulting Experience

Cormac possesses a demonstrated commercial and business acumen with a proven track record in operations, financial management and control.

He has managed his own firm of consultants and has extensive consulting exposure with a strong operational focus in an international environment.

Cormac has also served as Finance and Operations Director for the International Division of a publicly-listed company traded on the NYSE.

• Senior Business Manager (End User & Customer Care Division) for Microsoft in Europe, the Middle East and Africa where he played a leading role in the direction of division strategy, financial modelling, change management and process re-engineering.
• Implemented Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicator metrics for Microsoft’s Europe and North America operations.
• Consultant to The Coca-Cola Trading Company where he transferred procurement operations from Switzerland to Belgium, set up a new $300m plant in Norway and had responsibility for establishing the supply chain in Finland with a strategic partner.
